Fractional People & Culture Leadership: There may be a stage in which fractional leadership makes sense for your organization. This will allow you to maximize my impact without the full exec-level salary. I’ll roll up my sleeves and lead special projects, dig in with the ELT on more of a day-to-day basis as well as longer-term strategy, work with you to shape the culture, train HR team members, overhaul tricky processes, etc. Fractional (partial week) or temporary team member, either embedded or behind the scenes.
What I am not: an employment attorney. However, I can advise you through sensitive employment matters, setting up day-to-day operations correctly to mitigate unnecessary risk, and ultimately engaging outside counsel if needed.
